A driver, while attempting to evade police in Munich, endangered several pedestrians. The 32-year-old attempted to avoid a traffic stop on Monday, as reported by police. During the ensuing chase, he drove too fast, used sidewalks, and ran red lights, putting multiple pedestrians at risk.

Later, the man abandoned his vehicle and continued on foot. After being apprehended by officers, he tested positive for drugs. His driver's license was confiscated, and he was charged, among other things, with endangering traffic.

The driver's reckless behavior, which included evading police and disregarding traffic rules, is classified as a form of crime. Due to his actions during the chase, he was charged with endangering not only other motorists but also several pedestrians.
