Fribourg - Driver overtakes traffic jam on sidewalk
A driver drove his car onto the sidewalk in Freiburg to overtake a traffic jam. On the sidewalk, the car hit the bag of a woman who was walking along with her nine-year-old daughter, police said on Friday. However, the mother and child were not injured. A short time later, the car stopped briefly at a junction, then ran a red light and turned right. The police are looking for witnesses to the incident.
