A 28-year-old driver lost control of his vehicle on a road in the Wartburg district and crashed into a tree. On Wednesday evening, he was traveling on the country road from Hämbach to Stadtlengsfeld when he lost control of his vehicle in a left-hand curve, drove down a five-meter steep slope, and then collided with a tree. The man was able to free himself from the wreckage and sustained only minor injuries. A tow truck eventually removed the totaled car.
