Fairs - Diverse poultry on display at the national show in Leipzig
Numerous cages and feeding troughs are currently being set up at the Leipzig trade fair to display and sell thousands of birds. The first birds have already been delivered since Wednesday, the organizer of the 127th Lipsia-Bundesschau announced on Thursday. Visitors are invited to the show between December 1 and 3. The 72nd German Pedigree Pigeon Show will also be held during the show.
The show is organized by the Leipziger Rassegeflügelzüchterverein. In addition to the sale of more than 3,600 of the approximately 21,700 animals on display, an expert assessment of the poultry is also planned. In addition to pigeons, large birds and waterfowl will also be on display. Prime Minister Michael Kretschmer (CDU) is expected to be one of the visitors to the show on Saturday.
