Federal Government - Digital summit in Frankfurt: Date not yet set
The next Digital Summit of the Federal Government is to take place in Frankfurt next year. The city on the Main has qualified as a venue with a first-class application, the Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport announced in Berlin on Friday. An exact date has not yet been set because internal government consultations are still ongoing, as a ministry spokesperson explained. Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD), Federal Economics Minister Robert Habeck (Greens) and Digital Minister Volker Wissing (FDP) are expected to attend the event. This year, the congress, which has been established since 2006, took place in Jena with more than 1000 participants.
