Digital parents' evening provides information about training opportunities
The live format "Digital parents' evenings in NRW" aims to inform pupils and their parents online about apprenticeships. This Monday (November 13) from 6 p.m., employees from various sectors will report on their vocational training and careers, as announced by the Ministry of Education. Short presentations and Q&A sessions are planned for the livestream. Participation is possible without prior registration and free of charge at www.url.nrw/bo23.
"Together with many partners, we want to help pupils and their parents to better orient themselves and choose the right path for them," said Minister of Schools and Education Dorothee Feller (CDU), who will introduce the event with a welcoming address.
The digital event highlights the importance of exploring various education paths, such as apprenticeships, for pupils and their parents. Regarding the development of their future careers, schools play a crucial role in providing these opportunities through initiatives like the live digital parents' evening.
