In the wake of Israel's air strike in Lebanon, approximately 60 people demonstrated in Hamburg's Schanzenviertel neighborhood. The gathering, themed "Hands off Lebanon," was spontaneously organized by a private individual on Tuesday evening, as stated by a police spokesperson. The protest was permitted and lasted from around 8:30 PM to 11:00 PM.

The police reported several disturbances. Additionally, there was an altercation between a press representative and protesters, according to the spokesperson. No further details were available. Initially reported by the "Hamburger Abendblatt."

The crowd at the demonstration strongly voiced their opposition to Israel's air strike in Lebanon. Despite the disturbances reported by the police, the demonstration ended peacefully around 11:00 PM.
