- Delivery person pursued and assaulted
Last Friday night, in the Vorpommern-Rügen area, close to Jakobsdorf, a 23-year-old delivery guy encountered some trouble. His delivery van was closely tailed by an unidentified vehicle, causing him to halt unexpectedly. As per police reports, these suspicious individuals then blocked his path. They then hopped out of their vehicle, grabbed the delivery person, and started roughing him up.
Three individuals were reportedly keeping the man immobilized, while the fourth one allegedly kicked him, punched him, and made intimidating threats. The delivery guy sustained some minor injuries but luckily didn't need medical attention. The local crime squad is currently looking into this case, suspecting threats and causation of bodily harm.
The delivery guy had to abruptly stop his car due to the unidentified vehicle tailing him. After the incident, shaken, he drove home in his own car.
