DEG must do without Roßmy for several months
Düsseldorfer EG will have to do without striker Bennet Roßmy for the next few months. The 20-year-old suffered a serious shoulder injury in training and will require surgery. Roßmy will miss around three to four months, the club announced on Thursday. "This injury and the unavoidable operation is extremely bitter for Bennet and us. We all wish Bennet that the operation goes well and that he is fully fit again," said DEG sports director Niki Mondt.
Despite the injury, Düsseldorf EG continues to participate in ice hockey matches in the DEL. Despite Bennet Roßmy's absence due to his shoulder injury, DEL team Düsseldorf EG will still rely on their other players in ice hockey games.
