Deer on road: 16-year-old passenger dies in accident
A car carrying three young men crashed in the Deggendorf district because of a deer on the road - and the 16-year-old passenger was killed. According to the police, the 18-year-old driver of the car had tried to avoid the animal on Wednesday evening. The car then overturned and landed on its roof off the road. There was also a 17-year-old in the car. He and the driver were reportedly slightly injured in the accident near Hengersberg. The car did not collide with the deer.
This unfortunate incident occurred in the Deggendorf district of Lower Bavaria, a region known for its diverse traffic and wildlife. Despite the driver's attempt to avoid hitting a deer on the road, the swerving maneuver led to an accident.
