The typical chilly flat rent, including utilities, increased by 2.3%. Inflation in Bavaria showed a noticeable reduction to 2.5% in July, dropping from the 2.7% seen in both May and June.
The reduction in Bavaria's inflation rate from 2.7% in June to 2.1% in August was primarily due to decreases in energy, fuels, and furniture costs. However, this decrease was partially offset by a significant 6% increase in the inflation rate of lodging and related services, including a 2.3% rise in typical flat rents.
