Saxony-Anhalt - December unemployment figures expected

The Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency will present the unemployment figures for December in Saxony-Anhalt on Wednesday (10.00 a.m.). Unemployment stagnated at 7.3 percent in November and was 5.6 percent nationwide. A total of 80,300 people were registered as unemployed. According to the employment agency, the slight increase in the number of long-term unemployed was striking.
