- Dead body found in Bayreuth - cause completely unknown
Pedestrians discovered a dead man in the area of a bridge in Bayreuth. As of now, the police have no idea how the man died. We'll have to wait for the results of the autopsy, a spokesperson said. The homicide division is investigating. The man was 28 years old and lived in Bayreuth.
Early in the morning, passersby alerted the emergency services' control center after finding a lifeless person in the area of the bridge that crosses the Red Main. A doctor confirmed that the man was already dead.
Upon learning about the situation, the passerby quickly contacted the emergency services, as they believed it to be an urgent situation. In light of the discovery, the authorities immediately deployed additional resources to the scene.
