Star footballer Matthijs de Ligt, who represents the Netherlands, hasn't decided on his future with FC Bayern Munich yet. He told reporters at the Orange team training ground in Wolfsburg, "I haven't talked with the new coach yet. That's also usual during the Euros." The defender's primary focus is on the tournament, he explained, "I'm totally focused on the Euros... it's where all my energy goes."

The contract between de Ligt and Bayern runs until June 30, 2027, but he may join another team soon. Some rumors left him as a possible target for Bayer Leverkusen, a top German club interested in the national player due to Bayern's apparent interest in their own Jonathan Tah.

Asked about his future, de Ligt responded, "I'm happy with the last two years in Bayern. We'll see what happens after the Euros." The 24-year-old center-back began his tenure at Bayern in 2020, signing up from Juventus. The Dutch team's first Euros match is against Poland on Sunday starting at 3 p.m.
