The Stuttgart event company spokesperson announced on Monday that the song "L'amour toujours" by Italian DJ Gigi D'Agostino won't be used for right-wing chants during the Stuttgart fan zone for the European Football Championship or at the Cannstatter Volksfest in the fall. This decision aligns with the Wasen innkeepers.

Previously, the Munich Oktoberfest organizers made similar measures. The Cannstatter Volksfest takes place from September 27 to October 13 at the Wasen and is the second-largest German folk festival, only preceded by the one in Bavaria.

The song has been known for being associated with racist slogans and has made headlines after a video depicting visitors to a bar on the North Sea island of Sylt yelling "Foreigners out" and "Germany for the Germans" to its melody. The state protection is currently investigating the matter.
