Collision Occurs - Cyclist meets tragic end after colliding with truck
On Sunday, an unfortunate accident took place between a 62-year-old cyclist and a truck. As per the police announcement made early Monday, they were both traveling on a municipal road that connects the towns of Perlin (in the Nordwestmecklenburg district) and Dümmer (Ludwigslust-Parchim) towards Perlin. The impact of the collision was severe enough to claim the life of the cyclist at the spot. The 60-year-old truck driver, shaken and in shock, was rushed to the hospital.
