Cyclist dead: police rule out third-party fault
A cyclist has been found dead in the Bergstrasse district. Resuscitation measures were unsuccessful, according to the police. The 64-year-old man was found on the carriageway of a main road in a district of Lampertheim on Wednesday night. The police are now investigating how he died - whether it was an emergency or a fall. As things stand at present, the officers have ruled out the possibility that he was not at fault.
The subsequent investigation in SOUTH HESSIA reveals that the cyclist's death could have been an accident or an emergency. In such situations, it's crucial to have well-equipped emergency services readily available.
