Accidents - Cyclist allegedly hit six-year-old
An unknown cyclist is said to have hit a six-year-old boy in Berlin-Lichterfelde and then simply cycled on. The child suffered injuries to his head and upper body. He was taken to hospital by emergency services, as the police reported on Saturday. There is said to have been no danger to life.
According to eyewitnesses, the woman was cycling on the Goerzallee cycle path in the direction of Teltow on Friday afternoon when she collided with the boy at a bus stop, who was about to board a bus with his mother and siblings. The cyclist and the boy are said to have fallen in the collision. The woman then allegedly got up again and continued her journey.
