Creamy Cauliflower Puree

Für 4 Personen

  • 2 Köpfe Blumenkohl, nur Röschen
  • 4 Esslöffel Butter
  • 4 Esslöffel Frischkäse
  • 3 Esslöffel Sahne
  • Meersalz
  • Schwarzer Pfeffer

Vorbereiten

  1. Einen großen Topf Wasser zum Kochen bringen und eine Prise Salz hinzufügen. Fügen Sie die Blumenkohlröschen hinzu und kochen Sie sie 10 Minuten lang oder bis sie weich sind. Spannung.
  2. In einer separaten Schüssel Blumenkohlröschen, Butter, Frischkäse, Sahne, Salz und Pfeffer cremig pürieren.
