Three individuals hailing from South Hesse are scheduled to face judgement at the Darmstadt Regional Court, beginning today. One of these individuals, a 39-year-old, stands accused of breaching the War Weapons Control Act by illegally peddling fully automated machine pistols, a fully automatic assault rifle, semi-automatic firearms with self-loading mechanisms, revolvers, and ammunition, between 2020 and 2023, as per the charges.

His 41-year-old sibling is implicated in the unlawful possession of weapons. A 75-year-old defendant is accused of acting as a smuggler, facilitating the illegal imported weapons into Germany. Both brothers are additionally charged with dealing in substantial quantities of cocaine and cannabis-derived goods. As of now, the trial has been scheduled for nine consecutive days, concluding on September 26th.

The 39-year-old is accused of illegally selling a weapon of war, including fully automated machine pistols and assault rifles, violating the War Weapons Control Act. The brothers' charges also include the unlawful possession and dealing of cocaine and cannabis-derived goods.
