Court hears lawsuits due to corona vaccination damage

The Düsseldorf Regional Court is today hearing several lawsuits alleging damage caused by coronavirus vaccinations with active ingredients from the manufacturers Biontech and Moderna.

Two women and a man from Kaarst, Meerbusch and Düsseldorf are suing the Mainz-based company Biontech. They are claiming a total of almost 500,000 euros in compensation for pain and suffering and more than 30,000 euros in material damages (Ref.: 3 O 141/22; 3 O 151/22; 3 O 60/23).

According to the court, the Mainz-based pharmaceutical company rejected the claims as unfounded. The claims about allegedly dramatic vaccination consequences were "not substantiated in the slightest". Another lawsuit is directed against the US vaccine manufacturer Moderna (Ref.: 3 O 163/22). In this case, a 55-year-old woman from Düsseldorf is claiming 150,000 euros.

The plaintiffs claim that the vaccinations led to shortness of breath, impaired vision and consciousness, high blood pressure, shingles, myocarditis, exhaustion, sleep disorders and panic attacks.

In the proceedings, the plaintiffs must prove to the manufacturers that the aforementioned damage is undoubtedly attributable to the Covid vaccinations. A decision is not expected for several weeks.

Similar proceedings are pending at various courts in Germany. In some cases, lawsuits have already been dismissed at first instance, for example by the regional courts of Kleve, Mainz, Rottweil and Bayreuth.

The ongoing legal disputes raise questions about the potential link between coronavirus vaccinations and various health issues, such as diseases like myocarditis or shingles. These processes are further highlighting the need for thorough investigations into the safety and effectiveness of vaccines like those from Biontech and Moderna in relation to Covid-19 diseases.
