Unknown perpetrators stole copper cables worth a mid five-figure sum from a construction site in Norderstedt on Monday. The construction site is located at a park near the bus stop "Ulzburger Straße 186", the police reported on Tuesday.

Unknown perpetrators stole copper cables worth a mid-five-figure sum from a construction site in Norderstedt on Monday. The construction site is located at a park near the bus stop "Ulzburger Straße 186", the police announced on Tuesday.

The perpetrators cut the copper cables from various power boxes and electrical construction machinery between Friday and Monday. Due to the amount stolen, the police assume that the thieves drove a vehicle onto or to the construction site. The police are now looking for witnesses who observed anything.
