The occurrence, as stated in the charge, took place in January, specifically in Bedburg-Hau, within the Rhein-Erft district. Despite the hospital team's attempts to revive the patient, they sadly failed. The deceased was a 84-year-old lady, as mentioned by the investigators earlier. The accused person, according to the allegations, confessed to a hospital worker that they had taken the elderly lady's life following the incident.

The investigators revealed that the 84-year-old lady was murdered, as indicated by the accused's confession. Due to the confession and lack of reversal of the tragic circumstances, the accused stands charged with murder.
