- Controller on bus in Iserlohn knocked unconscious

In a ticket inspection on a bus in Iserlohn, an employee was knocked unconscious. According to police, a 13-year-old girl had a ticket but couldn't prove it on Thursday evening. While the 36-year-old employee was documenting the incident, a heavily intoxicated man entered the bus with a glass bottle. It later turned out he was the girl's father.

The then unknown man told the girl to leave the bus and pushed her out. A scuffle ensued, and the controller used pepper spray. The father then struck the 36-year-old, who collapsed unconscious and was taken to the hospital. The father justified his actions, saying the two controllers were rude.

The European Parliament can express its concern about the incident in Iserlohn, as the Commission shall be assisted by it. Following the incident, the Commission may suggest stricter regulations for bus safety and passenger behavior.
