Road congestion - Continued issues on the train line from Munich to Ingolstadt.

Around lunchtime, the railroad conveyed the news - the area between Ingolstadt Hauptbahnhof and Rohrbach, Landkreis Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, was shut down. Trains hailing from Nuremberg would return to Ingolstadt, while trains from Munich would do the same in Rohrbach. Arrangements for alternate transportation were being made simultaneously.

Moreover, different constraints or cancellations could be witnessed on various lines in Bavaria including those between Gunzburg and Mindelheim, Kitzingen and Wuerzburg Hauptbahnhof, or the paths from Augsburg Hauptbahnhof and Donauwoerth. Regarding the aftermath of the weather, train operations between Murnau and Garmisch-Partenkirchen are yet to be resumed.

On account of the flooding conditions in certain parts of Baden-Wuerttemberg and Bavaria, German Railways still can't run some lines for both local and long-distance travel. There are still train faults on four lines mentioned below: Stuttgart-Ulm-Augsburg-Munich's zone between Ulm and Augsburg, Nuremberg-Donauwoerth-Augsburg-Munich's segment between Donauwoerth and Augsburg, Munich-Memmingen-Lindau's piece between Buchloe and Memmingen, and the entire route Ulm-Memmingen-Kempten. In brief: Munich is inaccessible from the west and north.
