According to the police, a building was being core-drilled on the property on Monday. The construction debris was supposed to be disposed of in a container that was on a scaffolding at the house. However, a brick was dislodged from the debris and fell down. The police are now investigating for suspected negligent bodily harm, as reported.

The construction site in Straubing, Bavaria, where the accident occurred, is now under investigation by the local police. The incident involved a falling brick, leading to serious injuries at work.
