A 17-ton concrete mixer has overturned in Lüdenscheid-Brügge, trapping the driver. According to the police on Monday morning, the accident occurred at around six o'clock on the Bundesstraße 299. The truck driver was able to free himself when the police arrived and was treated in an ambulance. The concrete remained in the vehicle's barrel. Early this morning, a police spokesperson expected the concrete mixer to be recovered by around 8.00 a.m. and the B229 to be fully reopened.
