A 60-year-old man from Aschaffenburg received a 13-month prison sentence, suspended, and a requirement to undergo sexual therapy in February at the district court. The court made this decision following his confession of the offenses through his lawyer.

According to the prosecution, the accused had installed a hidden camera in the staff toilets of his school between December 2018 and January 2020. He filmed two female staff members during their visits. Additionally, they uncovered a small collection of child pornography, which included a student undressing after physical education and being seen naked from the waist up. There were no images of sexual violence found in the recordings.

The case was brought to the attention of the Central Cybercrime Bayern investigators due to a tip from an online service based in America.
