Complaintabout alleged vaccine damage in Magdeburg rejected

In November 2021, according to his own statements, he suffered a heart attack. He demanded compensation of 50,000 Euros and coverage for possible future damages. The court justified the rejection of the lawsuit, among other reasons, because the plaintiff had pre-existing conditions. Additionally, a significant time period had passed between the vaccination and the heart attack.

The spokesperson for the Judge in Magdeburg expressed regret over the court's decision, citing the plaintiff's heart attack as potential vaccine damage. The plaintiff, dissatisfied with the verdict, plans to appeal the case in the High Court of Magdeburg, contending further Coronavirus vaccine damage.
