In the region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, several organizations had issues with reachability via telephone on a recent Tuesday. The district administration of Nordwestmecklenburg made an announcement early in the day that their phones were not responding at the moment. The police headquarters in Rostock and the Interior Ministry also reported that some of their departments could not be contacted by phone. As a result, authorities urged members of the public to use the emergency number 110 for any urgent matters. In Schwerin, the Helios Clinic also faced a technical disruption causing their hospital to become unreachable by phone. An interior ministry spokesperson confirmed they were working to identify the source of the problem.
