Cologne Court sentences individual to twelve years for murder of pregnant partner by stabbing.

As per the charges, the male individual aimed to keep the pregnant woman in her fourth month of pregnancy from revealing it to his family. It's claimed he hid his relationship with her and her pregnancy from his Muslim relatives.

Apparently, the woman expressed her intention to tell his mother about her pregnancy. Following this, the accused is said to have abandoned her on a street in Leverkusen. After a heated argument, it's alleged that he attacked her with a kitchen knife, inflicting multiple stab wounds.

Sadly, the woman succumbed to a stab wound to the heart. The unborn child in her womb unfortunately didn't make it either due to the attack. The trial against the 34-year-old started at the end of April.
