Weather situation - Clouds and rain in Saxony-Anhalt: snow in the Harz Mountains
Clouds and rain will dominate the weather in Saxony-Anhalt on Thursday. The day will start foggy and cloudy, according to the German Weather Service (DWD) on Thursday. Later, it will remain overcast and light rain will fall at times, with some snow in the Harz Mountains. The maximum temperatures will be between two and five degrees.
In the south of Saxony-Anhalt there is likely to be drizzle during the night and snow in the Harz Mountains. It will cool down to around zero degrees. According to the DWD forecast, the weather is expected to be similar on Friday: The meteorologists report clouds and drizzle at five to seven degrees, in the Harz at two to five degrees.
At night, it should remain cloudy but dry. Temperatures are expected to drop to five to one degree. The clouds will remain on Saturday. According to the DWD, it should only rain occasionally with maximum temperatures of six to nine degrees, three to six degrees in the Harz Mountains.
