Circles: Lease agreement for KaDeWe-storefronts signed

The continuation of the Warenhäuser Oberpollinger in Munich and Alsterhaus in Hamburg under the KaDeWe Group is secured. According to informed sources, a new lease agreement has been signed with the insolvency administrator of the former owner for both buildings.

The lease agreement for the Bavarian department store, Oberpollinger, and its Hamburg counterpart, Alsterhaus, is now under the management of the KaDeWe Group. This retail expansion is significant as both department stores are located in prominent cities, Munich and Hamburg respectively. The new lease agreement was sealed with the insolvency administrator of the former owners for both buildings. In Munich, the Oberpollinger location boasts a rich history and will continue to serve customers with its extensive inventory. On the other hand, Alsterhaus in Hamburg is known for its high-end offerings, further enhancing the KaDeWe Group's reputation in the retail industry.
