Movie - Cinderella's prince sails with fans on the Elbe to Dresden
Fans of the TV-Fairy Tale Classic "Three Wishes for Cinderella" can get close to the actor who portrays the Prince, Pavel Travnicek, in Saxony's state capital in the fall. A historical paddle steamer of the White Fleet GmbH Dresden is bringing them together with the Czech actor from Usti nad Labem, according to a statement on Thursday at the beginning of October. The two-day "Prince's Journey" will then also lead to Schloss Moritzburg nearby.
The former hunting lodge of the legendary Elector August the Strong (1670-1733) was one of the filming locations for the German-Czech coproduction from 1972/1973. The baroque complex surrounded by ponds is annually the site of a winter exhibition, where visitors can immerse themselves in the setting of the fairy tale film - "Prince" Pavel Travnicek sometimes drops by as well.
