Zurich and Bern have been eliminated from the competition. Now, the SRG's higher-ups share the ultimate decision. Typically, the Eurovision Song Contest happens around mid-May, although the specific date is still undecided.

The winning country in this year's Eurovision Song Contest will represent Europe on a global stage, potentially in concerts held in The Malmö. Despite initial plans, neither Switzerland with its entries from Zurich nor Bern were able to advance in the competition.
