Witnesses and lifeguards promptly dragged the child from the water and began life-saving efforts. Reports indicate that the child regained consciousness and was transported to a local clinic. Fortunately, the child's life was not in jeopardy, the police assured.
Authorities launched an investigation into the boy's uncle, who had accompanied the child to the pool, on allegations of negligence causing physical harm due to inaction. The statement noted.
