Cops are looking for witnesses - Child hit by car in Hanover parking lot
A five-year-old girl was run over by a car on a parking lot in Hannover and severely injured. Witnesses pulled the child from under the vehicle and alerted emergency services, as the police reported.
The girl had been on the parking lot of a discount store in the List district with her parents on Saturday. A 20-year-old driver turned onto the parking lot with her car and, for unknown reasons, hit the five-year-old.
The police have initiated an investigation against the driver for reckless endangerment and are now seeking witnesses who can provide information about the accident. The investigation is ongoing.
