Chase after argument ends in front of police station
Several cars engaged in a chase in Haßfurt, Lower Franconia, which only ended in front of a police station. The reason for this is said to have been an argument triggered by an insult, as the police reported on Saturday. The argument is said to have broken out in the parking lot of a furniture store on Tuesday. When the 19-year-old, who is accused of the insult, wanted to leave the parking lot, his opponents followed him. They tried to get the 19-year-old to stop in three vehicles. According to the information provided, this may have resulted in traffic offenses. The 19-year-old then drove to the police station and the officers checked the three drivers of the other cars.
The chaotic traffic caused by the chase potentially led to additional traffic violations. Unfortunately, the uneasiness from the chase also led to reports of minor crimes under the front of the police station.
