Weather - Changeable weather: after the rain comes the sun

After a short pause due to rain, the sun returns to Bavaria. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), it will rain on Sunday from the Oberpfalz to Swabia and in the southeastern part of Bavaria. In some areas, up to 10 to 20 liters per square meter are possible during the day. However, the showers will weaken in the afternoon and disappear by evening. In Franconia, the sun and clouds alternate. The highest temperatures, according to DWD, range from 17 degrees in Swabia to 22 degrees in Unterfranken.

Sunshine in Bavaria - summer temperatures up to 27 degrees

On Monday night, it will be heavily overcast, except in the northwest where it will be partly clear. In the southeast, according to meteorologists, there are still possible last drops. On Monday, there will be more sun than clouds. In the morning, especially in the Oberpfalz and Southern Bavaria, fog is possible with visibility even below 150 meters. The highest temperatures range from 22 degrees in Allgäu to summer temperatures of up to 27 degrees on the Main and Danube.

Despite the predicted rain in Swabia and parts of Bavaria on Sunday, as per DWD, residents of Munich might still enjoy a portion of sunshine. On the contrary, the Upper Palatinate region is anticipated to receive substantial rainfall, up to 10-20 liters per square meter. After a rainy Sunday, the weather in Swabia, just like in other parts of Bavaria, is expected to improve by evening. Despite the rainy forecast for some areas in Bavaria on Sunday, the DWD predicts pleasant summer temperatures, reaching up to 27 degrees, on certain days.
