In Meckenbeuren, Lake Constance district, certain areas are submerged as the Schussen river burst its banks in Kehlen and Brochenzell districts, resulting in flooded roads. A municipal representative confirmed this on Sunday, noting no one sustained injuries.

A storm is on its way. - Certain areas of Meckenbeuren within the Lake Constance region are submerged under water.

Approximately 1300 individuals were instructed to abandon their dwellings and seek out safety on a Saturday. This was a voluntary relocation. Some inhabitants stayed put and hid out on the upper levels, according to reports.

The height of the Schussen reached over 4.86 meters on Saturday night. Since then, it's been steadily lowering. Typically, the Schussen only measures 45 centimeters in that spot.
