Customs - Carnival parade of Rhineland sister cities can take place
The joint carnival parade of the sister cities of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim, which was recently jeopardized due to slow registrations, will take place. This was announced by Ludwigshafener Kongress- und Marketing-Gesellschaft mbH (Lukom) on Monday. The parade through Ludwigshafen will start at 1.11 pm on February 11, 2024. "The number of 70 parade numbers had not quite been reached by the weekend, but the response was much stronger and further registrations have since been announced," said Lukom Managing Director Christoph Keimes. The jesters organize their spectacle alternately on this side and the other side of the Rhine.
