Inquiries being conducted. - Car used in attempted flash burglary at upmarket store on Ku'damm
In the middle of the night on Tuesday, thieves tried to break into an upscale store in Berlin-Charlottenburg using a vehicle. The police confirmed that the attempt was unsuccessful. Around 3:27 am, the criminals drove their car backwards towards the store's window in an attempt to enter. The window shattered, but the effort to get inside also set off the store's alarm. It appears that the crooks quickly abandoned their getaway car and escaped on foot.
