Darmstadt-Dieburg - Car traveling too fast: Six injured after collision

Two men have been seriously injured and four men slightly injured in a traffic accident in the Darmstadt-Dieburg district. A 19-year-old man's car collided with a turning car at excessive speed in the municipality of Groß-Zimmern late on Friday evening, according to the police headquarters in southern Hesse on Saturday.

The 19-year-old driver and his 17-year-old passenger were seriously injured, an 18-year-old passenger and a 19-year-old passenger were slightly injured. The 50-year-old driver of the second car and his 17-year-old son also sustained minor injuries, according to police reports.

Both cars were no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
