Car plunges down an embankment: Two injured

Two people have been seriously injured in a car accident in the Bonn district of Mehlem. According to the fire department, the car left the road late on Thursday evening, presumably through no fault of its own, plunged down an embankment around ten meters deep and crashed head-on into a tree.

The two passengers managed to get themselves out of the accident car. Upon arrival of the emergency services, the two seriously injured were taken to a hospital.
