Accident - Car overturns - mother and toddler in hospital
A 24-year-old woman and her one-year-old child were involved in a roll-over accident on the A20 motorway in the Rostock district and were injured and taken to the University Clinic Rostock. The car of the young mother veered off the road, for reasons yet to be determined, between Tessin and Sanitz on the right-hand side on Sunday, according to the police presidium on Monday. The vehicle reportedly ended up on its roof. Bystanders rescued the two and paramedics provided medical care before transporting them for further treatment to the university hospital. The autobahn had to be temporarily closed on the half due to the accident, as stated. The damage to the property was estimated at around 20,000 euros by the police.
