Accidents - Car overturns after collision on the highway: Seriously injured
A 24-year-old driver was seriously injured in an accident on the highway 94 near Mettenheim (district of Mühldorf am Inn). According to the police, his car skidded on Thursday evening for unknown reasons and hit a concrete safety barrier. A following car driven by a 38-year-old rammed into the car and flipped it onto its side. The 24-year-old was trapped and had to be freed by the fire department. He was taken to hospital by helicopter. The 38-year-old was slightly injured. The highway in the direction of Passau was closed for three hours after the accident.
