Pforzheim - Car drives onto sidewalk and fatally injures pedestrian
A car driver hit the sidewalk on a bend in the road in Pforzheim on Friday and fatally injured a pedestrian. The 50-year-old died at the scene of the accident. According to the police, an expert is now to clarify why the driver of the same age continued straight onto the sidewalk in the slight left-hand bend. The driver suffered a shock and had to be taken to hospital. Arlingerstraße remained closed in the meantime.
