Karlsruhe district - Car drives into oncoming traffic: driver suffers life-threatening injuries
On Friday afternoon, a driver drove into oncoming traffic on a country road near Stutensee (Karlsruhe district) and was critically injured. For reasons as yet unknown, the 45-year-old drove his car into the opposite lane, according to the police. There, he first hit a car before colliding head-on with another oncoming car. According to initial findings, the person who caused the accident suffered life-threatening injuries, the driver who was hit head-on was seriously injured and the driver of the car that was hit suffered minor injuries. The affected country road 560 was fully closed in the evening.
