Car crashes into construction site vehicle: driver seriously injured
A man crashed his car into a construction site vehicle on the 67 freeway in the Bergstrasse district and was seriously injured. A 22-year-old passenger escaped with minor injuries in the accident late on Thursday evening, according to the police. It initially remained unclear why the 34-year-old driver crashed into the vehicle in a roadworks area between Viernheim and Lorsch. The damage reportedly amounted to around 50,000 euros.
The incident occurred in South Hessia, specifically on the Bergstrasse district's 67 freeway. Despite numerous traffic warnings due to ongoing roadworks, another accident occurred, this time involving a car crashing into a construction site vehicle.
