- Car collapses - driver fatally injured
After her car flipped over following a collision with a tree, a woman is in critical condition. The 43-year-old was driving on the L520 from Sendenhorst towards Wolbeck when, for unknown reasons, she veered off the road, as police reported. She then collided with a tree and flipped over. The car finally came to rest on its side in a ditch. Emergency services transported the woman, who had life-threatening injuries, to the hospital. The L520 was closed for approximately seven hours from the morning. The estimated damage is 6,000 euros.
The car collided forcefully with the tree, causing it to flip over. Due to this collision, the woman's car collided with the ditch, ending up on its side.
